To list your property
1. First you will need to signup for
an account.
2. Once you have created the account
you will be able to list your property.
3. 48 hours after you have listed your
property an email will be sent
to you asking whether you wish to extend your
listing by 48
hours.
4. The email will contain a link, simply
press the link and your property
will continue to be listed for another
48 hours. So there is
no need to visit Rent48.com to continue
listing your property. Pressing
the link will automatically send the
instruction.
5. If you do not click the link, the
property you listed will be
removed from
the site.
Please note:
while your listing will be removed,
your account
will always
remain active; which means that you
can login at anytime
and list another property.
For all properties
you list you will receive and email
requesting extension,
simply click the link in the email
and each property will continue
to be listed.
6. When a Tenant wishes to view your
property, we will contact you
and provide you with their details.
7. You can then contact them and arrange
accordingly.
