Rent48 is the leading marketing tool
used by both Landlords and Tenants offering
a large number of properties that are
available for rent across the UAE. Anyone
can use Rent48 to either list their
property, or look for property they
wish to rent. It’s simple and
straightforward. |

What types of properties are available? |
| All
types of properties are listed in Rent48,
from residential, commercial, buildings,
villas etc. Landlords list any kind
of properties they wish to rent out
and Tenants search and select the properties
they are interested in. The best thing
about it; all listing are 48 Hours old,
which means anything listed has only
been there for 48 Hours. |

As a Landlord, is there any cost to
List my property? |
1. Landlords
can list as many properties as they
wish. To list a property there is NO
COST.
2. The only fee a Landlord has to pay
is when a Tenant actually rents the
property.
3. All properties listed by a Landlord
are visible on Rent48. When a prospecting
tenant searches through
Rent48 and finds
a property they are interested in, they
contact Rent48.
4. Rent48 then contacts the landlord
and informs them of the Tenants details.
5. If the landlord then proceeds to
renting out the property to that particular
Tenant, then the landlord
pays a 1,000Dhs
fee to Rent48.

As a Tenant, how do I choose a property
and pay for the booking? |
1.
If you are looking for property to rent,
simply search through Rent48 using the
different filtering
criteria
2. Find a property that is convenient
for you.
3. Once you have chosen a property,
note down the reference number and contact
Rent48.
4. When you contact us we will take
down your name and contact details which
we will then pass on
to the landlord
of the property you have chosen.
5. The landlord will then contact you
and show you the property and you can
proceed from there.
6. For Tenants there is NO COST to using
Rent48. |

Can Agents also list their properties
on Rent48? |
| Agents
can list their properties on Rent48.
If you are an agent and wish to list
your clients property on Rent48 then
you will find access to many tenants
who come looking for properties for
rent. There is no cost, except for the
1,000Dhs fee that is paid to Rent48
if the tenant proceeds to renting the
property. |
